The Mandalorian Season 3
1 March 2023
It’s hard to intro The Mandalorian Season 3 without some Book of Boba Fett spoilers, but the trailer at least helps make it clear that, despite the seeming finality of Grogu going with Luke Skywalker at the end of Season 2, in this season Pedro Pascal’s The Mandalorian aka “Din Djarin” is in fact reunited with Grogu, aka “Baby Yoda”. (The Book of Boba Fett fans will already know that.) Din and Grogu are set for the Mandalorian home planet, Mandalore, so Din can atone for removing his helmet. It’s exciting because Jon Favreau was again very active this season, penning at least 5 out of the 8 episodes of The Mandalorian Season 3.

History of the World, Part II
6 March 2023
Comedy legend Mel Brooks’ 1981 film History of the World, Part I is actually getting a sequel when the 8-episode History of the World, Part II series drops on Hulu from 6 March onwards. It’s quite funny since, despite the name, Brooks never actually intended a sequel (it was a joke when he first made it). But what a pleasant surprise. We get a star-studded cast: Johnny Knoxville, Seth Rogen, Lauren Lapkus, Danny DeVito, David Duchovny, Pamela Adlon, Tyler James Williams, Sarah Silverman and so many more – with Mel Brooks himself and David Stassen writing. How it works is 2 new episodes release every day from 6–9 March.

No high school reunion can suck more than the 10-year Class of ‘07, which happens just as an apocalyptic tidal wave hits. Gotham Knights
14 March 2023
When Batman is murdered, his adoptive son Turner Hayes (a new character, exclusively created for the show) befriends the children of some of the Bat’s arch nemeses to form a new squad of protectors. It looks like we’ll get to see Navia Robinson as the new female Robin, both Harper and Cullen Row, Stephanie Brown, the Cluemaster’s daughter and Olivia Rose Keegan as Duela, The Joker’s kid. Pretty cool too to see Supernatural’s Misha Collins as Harvey Dent in The CW’s new Gotham Knights.

Yellowjackets Season 2
26 March 2023
Showtime’s runaway hit Yellowjackets is finally getting a second season, for better or worse (it probably contains cannibalism). If you missed number 1, it’s a dual story about a sports team whose plane crashes in the wild and they must survive, and the aftermath of all that trauma 25 years later. Now, however, winter sets in for the survivors and, in the future, surprise characters are introduced in Yellowjackets Season 2.
