Mutants, drifters and technology gone wrong. After the End is a unique Cyberpunk Western-style LARP set in a post-apocalyptic Georgia (though hosted in Tennessee). Choose between combat or non-combat modes, be a monster or a player – first-timers get a discount.

What makes After The End LARP super unique

There aren’t many sci-fi-esque LARPs, ditto for post-apocalyptic ones – and Westerns are just as rare. After the End rolls all three into one. Related to Garden of Destinities in Georgia, After the End happens only 4 times a year, so there’s a massive focus on the story – and what a story it is…

The LARP world and setting

Set 100 years after the world ended – famine, war, pestilence, and plague ravaged the former human civilisation until only a few scattered remnants remain. Most tech is gone, it’s candle-and-flame, and, though some people are civil, many have turned unsavoury. You are a survivor who’s thrown your lot in with a handful of outcasts in a small settlement in Georgia.

How to create a character for After the End

The organising team takes great care in crafting, presenting and advancing the story. And it’s only fitting you create a new character for this unique setting. You’re given guidance as to possible Locations and Origins for a new character, and then get to choose their Callings (aptitude), starting points and some equipment – see the guide here.

How much does it cost?

Full attendance with bed space is $100. If you don’t require a bed, it’s $50. New players also pay half price – $50.

How to get tickets for After the End

There is a dedicated payments website here, but it’s advisable to also inform the organisers beforehand via their website because there are some rules & policies to consider and pre-game forms to fill in. There’s also a Facebook Group to join and engage with players and team members.
