For a little bit of weirdness, a spin-off from the Detective Conan anime series by Sega-owned TMS Entertainment in Japan (best known for animation on Winnie the Pooh, Batman, Spider-Man, DuckTales etc.). In this absurd detective series based on the manga by the same name, we follow the strange silhouetted “criminal” from the main show (Case Closed or Detective Conan) who might not so much be a person as instead a representative of mystery culprits in general in Case Closed: The Culprit Hanzawa on Netflix.

The Flash Season 9

9 years, 150-something episodes and 28 major award wins later – like it or not, the long-running Arowverse’s The Flash is coming to an end with a final 13 episodes in Season 9 from 8 February on the CW in the US. Rumours are the season kicks off with Barry Allen getting himself stuck in a time loop. While a new big baddie is introduced as old foes suddenly descend on Central City in The Flash Season 9.

Released in two parts, Season 4 of psychological thriller You follows on from where we last saw unscrupulous and obsessive Joe lurking in Europe after murdering his former wife and giving away their child, presumably in pursuit of the librarian who’d discovered some of his dark secrets. But this time he is in London, with a new identity and seemingly trying to change his ways, when someone arrives to turn the tables on him. Part 1 of Season 4 of You comes ot Netflix on 9 February, and Part 2 on 9 March.

Aggretsuko Season 5

Star Trek: Picard Season 3

Prepare for the final reunion as Star Trek: Picard’s third and final season comes to Amazon Prime on 16 February. And it’s exactly what you want – Patrick Stewart reprises his role as the former commander of the USS Enterprise, Jean-Luc Picard. And he’s joined by basically the entire old cast – all the original Next Generation actors reprise LaForge, Riker, Worf, Dr Crusher and Deanna Troi, and even Brent Spiner, though not as Data but as the android’s brother Lore.
